Pitch 1- The song "All For Me by Mariah the Scientist

We decided to make this song the first option because we feel like it would be interesting to make a music video on. My group and I take a big liking to this song. We feel like the music video could turn out really fun if enough effort is put into it. We have mediocre skills so it will be very funny to see how our music video will turn out. This is the top choice of our two songs. 

Pitch 2- All of Me by John Legend

We chose this song as our second option because it sort of relates to the first song. Both songs are centered about love. This song talks about giving somebody your all and not receiving as much. We would much rather this song than the first one. We would be very excited to do this song too.

Chosen Pitch- All For Me by Mariah the Scientist

The song we decided to do was our first option. We chose this song because we feel like we will have a better time understanding the message of this song. The song talks about sacrifices made for love. We feel like it would be good to use the cinematic feelings. This can be turned into visuals. This song gives us more creative opportunities for symbolism. The symbolism can be love, sacrifice, or even loss. It would add more depth to the story being expressed. As a result, it would keep viewers entertained.

FINAL TASK: FILMING AT OUR LOCATIONS

  Our dates for filming has changed significantly as time progressed. As distance is a key factor in our production process, we have had to resort to us putting separate videos together. Our first plan to film at Zariah’s house fell  through because  they had a family emergency that day. This led to us having to scramble together to have our film dates together. We did panic at a point in time which led us to separate from each other. This separation bridged us apart from each other. We did have a couple of disagreements when we were in contact with each other. Our pettiness did get the best of us at times. However, all of us Me, Zariah and Saja came to the realization that this project needs to be done. As a unit we must come together for the sake of our short film. We worked so hard on our script putting our creative minds together.
