  In the process of editing, we encountered many obstacles. The original plan we had for our editing fell through. The plan consisted of us using the editing techniques we found in our research. At first, the research with the editing techniques seemed sufficient allowing us to already have a plan. It would've led us to have less work to do as a weight was lifted off our shoulders. Then the problem arose after we finished filming. When implementing the editing techniques, our video was off. It was as the video couldn't convey the message that we hoped for. The music video was supposed to have feelings of desperation and mourning for the main character's boyfriend having infidelity. This message couldn't properly be conveyed because the editing techniques made the video seem choppy and as if it was all over the place. We didn't believe this at first because only one of us which was Me pointed this fault out. My other group members, Zariah and Saja did not share this ...

  Our filming process for this music video is one I will never forget. We faced many problems though with our filming process. In the beginning, our schedules always conflicted. As I stated before, all of us have busy schedules. Since I help a teacher after school for volunteer hours, it affected my schedule for filming. Not to add that I also help with the track and field events and coaches after school. Meanwhile, Zariah and Saja are in extracurriculars like cheer. Their practice runs long until 6. It's even longer now since they have competitions coming up determining whether or not they go to states. The constant unavailability in our schedules led us to keep having to reschedule filming. With this, tensions arouse between us because it would always seem as if one was always too busy to film. It led us to feel as if we always had to accommodate someone else because of their schedule. No matter what our feelings were though we had to come together for the sake of our music video...

  Over our days of filming, all the members of our group were exhausted. You could tell the chemistry was not there fully in order to be able to film. It seemed as if it was forced and we were coerced into filming our music video. She just seemed not interested leading and nonchalant. Yes, all of us were exhausted granted our busy schedules but me and Saja tried not to let it leak and affect our filming process. It was painfully obvious especially with Zariah. We thought she just didn't want to be there for the video and did not care much about the grade. It turns out that she was under the weather because she was having a bad day. Then she contracted a cold from not resting and being exposed to other sick kids at our school. So, we decided to wrap up for that day of filming and head into another day of filming.   Scene 1:  In the first scene, the video will start off showing a girl headed out to a party. She is seen happy as she heads out hoping for a good time. Scene 2: In the second scene, the girl calls her boyfriend, but she doesn't receive a call back from him as he declines her call. Scene 3: The girl is seen looking at her phone sad seeing that her boyfriend wouldn't answer her phone call. Scene 4: She is now curled up in a ball crying seeing that her boyfriend is ignoring her calls. Scene 5:  The girl is now laying down thinking the absolute worst of her boyfriend.   Planning blog Props My group and I decided to produce a music video on the song 'All of Me' by Mariah the Scientist. Our " main prop is a microphone. Other props we will include are a phone, a bench, and suitcase. Costumes In our music video, we will have our two group members as the subject. Our actors would wear fashionable clothes.
