OUR MUSIC VIDEO FILMING PROCESSES (PRODUCTION BLOG)
Over our days of filming, all the members of our group were exhausted. You could tell the chemistry was not there fully in order to be able to film. It seemed as if it was forced and we were coerced into filming our music video. She just seemed not interested leading and nonchalant. Yes, all of us were exhausted granted our busy schedules but me and Saja tried not to let it leak and affect our filming process. It was painfully obvious especially with Zariah. We thought she just didn't want to be there for the video and did not care much about the grade. It turns out that she was under the weather because she was having a bad day. Then she contracted a cold from not resting and being exposed to other sick kids at our school. So, we decided to wrap up for that day of filming and head into another day of filming. We thought this would be best because our performance was off that day. Originally, we didn't think filming this music video would be this hard considering how well our ad went last time. When filming the add, everything just flowed instantly and we had few difficulties and faults. Then we came to the realization that this music video required more out of us. The song, All for Me, plays with our creativity as far as producing a video based on it. We must produce emotions that can be felt and clearly seen by our viewers. This sudden realization allowed us to go into our second day of filming with a different mindset. We came with our game faces on ready to roll. This day proved to be more enjoyable and fun since everyone was in a better mood. This allowed us to work more efficiently allowing for a successful shoot.
